We’re excited to share our newest Constructo layout: Demo 12.

This demo was created for one simple reason: most construction websites don’t fail because they look “old”. They fail because they don’t guide visitors. People land on a page, feel unsure, and leave. So for Demo 12, we didn’t just design something modern, we built a homepage structure that answers the questions visitors always have:

  • Can I trust this company?
  • What exactly do they do?
  • Have they done similar work before?
  • How do I get a price or estimate?

Built with Elementor only (and yes, images are included)

Demo 12 is made with Elementor only, so you can edit everything visually: text, images, sections, spacing, buttons – all without touching code. That makes it a great option if you want to launch fast, but still keep full control over the design.

And the demo includes images, so after import your website looks like the preview right away. This is a huge time saver. You’re not starting with empty blocks and placeholders. You can simply replace the content with your own photos and your own text when you’re ready.

We built Demo 12 based on real-world needs (not random sections)

A lot of demos try to show “everything” the theme can do. That often creates a problem: you import a demo, and then spend days deleting things you will never use.

With Demo 12, we did the opposite.

We looked at what a construction business website actually needs to convert visitors into real inquiries. Then we built the pages around that. The result is a demo that feels complete, but not heavy. You import it, and you get the pages and sections that matter, not a pile of extra elements you don’t want.

If you’ve ever edited a demo and suddenly everything feels “off”, you know what we mean. Demo 12 aims to avoid that. It’s clean, balanced, and stable, so replacing content is straightforward.

The theme can do more — the demo simply stays focused

Even though Demo 12 is intentionally focused, it doesn’t limit you.

Constructo still supports many other features and integrations. For example, you can still use WooCommerce to sell products or services online; it’s just not showcased inside this demo because most construction sites don’t need a shop as their main priority.

The same goes for other elements. The demo import gives you what’s needed for a strong construction website, but the theme is flexible enough to expand when your business grows.
