What is a managed WordPress website?
A finished business website that we build, host and maintain for you, for one monthly price. You choose the design and demo; we install it, keep it updated and backed up, and help when you have a question. You only change texts and pictures.
Do I need to know anything about websites or WordPress?
No. We install everything and put the website online. You only change texts and pictures — it works like editing a document. If you prefer, we do that too (Step 5).
Why is this more expensive than hosting for $10 a month?
Hosting is only empty space on a server. You still have to buy a design, build the pages, keep everything updated and fix problems. Here the design, the setup, the hosting, the updates and the help are all inside one price.
How fast is my website online?
Usually within a few days after payment. First you see it on a test address. When you say it is fine, it goes live on your domain.
Can I use my own domain (www.mycompany.com)?
Yes. If you already have one, we connect it. If not, we help you buy one.
Can I change the texts and pictures myself?
Yes, at any time. You get a login. Changing a text or a picture takes a minute. We show you how.
What if I want to stop?
You can cancel any month. There is no long contract. If you leave, we give you a copy of your website so you can move it somewhere else.
What is the difference between Managed Website and Managed Store?
Managed Store has everything from Managed Website plus an online shop (WooCommerce): products, shopping cart, card payments. Choose the Store only if you sell products online.
What if I already have a website?
