What does managed support actually mean?
Help related to your hosted AnpsThemes website: hosting, updates, backups and normal WordPress maintenance. It does not mean unlimited design changes, unlimited custom development, or support for every third-party plugin outside the managed scope.
Do you support WooCommerce?
GrowthCare includes basic WooCommerce support for hosted stores. If your store has advanced customizations, subscriptions, memberships, marketplaces, complex checkout logic or high traffic, we may recommend an Enterprise setup instead.
Is this the same as Monthly WordPress Support?
No. Managed Websites is our hosted service where we provide the theme, setup, hosting, updates, backups and maintenance in one package. If you do not want to move hosting, our monthly WordPress support service is a better fit.
Why is this cheaper than Monthly Support on outside hosting?
Managed Websites run inside our own environment, which is predictable and easier to maintain. Monthly Support covers websites hosted elsewhere where we do not control hosting, plugins or the performance layer — which is why the two are priced differently.
Can I request work outside the plan?
Yes. Larger changes, redesigns, new features and advanced integrations can be reviewed as custom development work and quoted separately.
Can I move my website away later?
Yes. We provide a backup or export if you leave. After the website is no longer hosted by AnpsThemes, hosting, maintenance, backups, updates and third-party services become your responsibility.
