How To Open A Ticket

Navigate to https://anpsthemes.freshdesk.com/support/home and in the top right corner click on “Login” or “Sign up” (depending if you already have an account).

Once logged in click on “New support ticket”.

Ticket fields:

  • Requester – your email address
  • Subject – write a short title / description of the ticket
  • Product – select the theme name from the drop down
  • WordPress login information – login details (username, password, URL to your site) of your WordPress site. This helps us solve the ticket much faster and easier as we can check the issue directly on your site.
  • Purchase Code – purchase code of the theme you purchased. See https://anpsthemes.com/documentation/find-purchase-code/ for more information.
  • Theme version that you are using – the current version of the theme installed on your site. You can see the version inside the Theme Options in the top left corner.
  • Description – describe the issue / question in more details. Providing a screenshot can help us understand the issue / question better.
