Theme Support
Last edited: June 24, 2026AnpsThemes support is available for customers who purchased an AnpsThemes WordPress theme and need help with theme-related questions, issues, and updates.
Support is now handled through the AnpsThemes support portal, where you can submit a request, follow replies, and keep your support history in one place.
What is included in theme support?
Theme support covers questions and issues directly related to the AnpsThemes theme you purchased.
- Help with using theme options and theme features
- Questions about demo content, required plugins, and theme setup
- Guidance for theme updates and compatibility with supported WordPress versions
- Bug reports related to the theme
- Issues caused by theme files or included theme functionality
- Basic troubleshooting to help identify whether a problem is theme-related
If an issue is confirmed as a theme bug, our team will review it and provide guidance, a fix, or include the fix in a future theme update when needed.
What is not included in standard theme support?
Standard theme support does not include custom development, full website management, or work that is outside the original theme functionality.
- Custom design changes or new page layouts
- Custom PHP, JavaScript, CSS, WooCommerce logic, or new functionality
- Full website setup, content entry, or website management
- Theme installation as a service
- Third-party plugin support, except when checking for possible theme conflicts
- Hosting, server, DNS, email, SSL, caching, or PHP configuration issues
- Fixing problems caused by custom code or changes made by another developer
- Advanced WooCommerce setup, payment configuration, shipping, taxes, or subscriptions
Third-party plugins
Some AnpsThemes themes may recommend or include third-party plugins. We can help with basic theme-related compatibility questions, but we cannot provide full support for plugins developed by other companies.
If a problem comes from a third-party plugin, we may suggest contacting the plugin author or disabling the plugin temporarily to confirm the source of the issue.
Before contacting support
To help us review your request faster, please prepare the most important details before opening a support request.
- Your theme name
- Your website URL
- Your purchase information or purchase code
- A short description of the issue
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if possible
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Temporary WordPress admin access, if needed
Please do not send permanent passwords. We recommend creating temporary access for support and removing it after the issue is resolved.
Need more than theme support?
If you need custom changes, website fixes, updates, maintenance, WooCommerce improvements, performance work, or ongoing help, this is handled separately from standard theme support.
For this type of work, you can use our monthly WordPress support service or contact us for a custom quote.
